5. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site or Services.

6. Revisions & Ownership
   Upon final payment, you own the rights to your completed design files. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

   We may use or recommend third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for issues or downtime caused by those third parties.

   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
